Schwartztor glacier (in italian ‘Porta Nera’) is one of the best descents in the Alps, placed in the heart of Monte Rosa range, amongst its most famous 4,000 m that we will observe closely tracing wonderful turns on immaculate snow.

Informations:
Meeting at 8:00 am in Breuil Cervinia, equipment and skills check. Ascent to the Piccolo Cervino station by lifts. Starting from the Piccolo Cervino station, after an easy and spectacular traverse under the the Breithorn ridge you’ll reach the Schwartztor from where the descent towards Zermatt begins in a unique landscape.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Complete equipment for freeride skiing (artva, shovel, probe, airbag backpack, helmet, climbing skins, harness, crampons). Possibility to rent equipment.
