Monte Bianco – Italian normal route (Via del Papa)
Mont Blanc is the most prestigious peak of the homonymous massif. His ascension is long and arduous but of great satisfaction. The ascent from the Italian Normal route allows you to go through the wildest side of the mountain but at the same time requires excellent physical preparation for the length of the itinerary and the elevation gain to overcome.

Informations:
1st day:
Meeting at 09.00 in Courmayeur, equipment and skill check. Transfer by car to Val Veny. Ascent by foot of the Miage glacier and arrival at the Gonella refuge (3071 m) in the afternoon in 5/6 hours.
2nd day:
Departure around 01.00 am and ascent to Mont Blanc along the Mont Blanc glacier. Climb to the Piton des Italiens and reach the Dome du Gouter.
Climb to the top via Arète des Bosses. Descent and return to Courmayeur. hours

Mid-mountain boots with light crampons and ice ax, harness, helmet, headlight.
Mountain clothing including long-sleeved thermal shirt, mountaineering pants, gore-tex shell, mini gaiter, gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen. Technical equipment can be rented.
